Accuracy and Requirements in Customized Processing of Wooden Softboard

During the customized processing of wooden soft light boards, corresponding requirements should be proposed for size, thickness, light transmission performance, and edge treatment according to the usage scenario. Compared with standardized products, customized processing emphasizes more on the matching degree between the board and the lamp structure and installation method, so the control of processing accuracy is more critical. In terms of dimensional accuracy, customized soft light boards u......

Matching scheme of wooden soft light board in lightboxes and acrylic products

In the production of lightboxes and acrylic products, wooden soft light boards are often used as auxiliary light emitting materials, in conjunction with acrylic panels, light source modules, etc., to adjust the distribution of light. The supporting plan mainly involves several aspects such as hierarchical structure, spacing design, and fixing method. In lightbox structures, a common way of fitting is to place a wooden soft light board between the light source and the acrylic panel. The light ......

Application of wooden soft light board in LED cultural and educational lighting fixtures

In LED cultural and educational lighting fixtures, wooden soft light boards are a common auxiliary material for light output, mainly used in products such as copying tables, imitation boards, and drawing light boards. Its function is to diffuse the LED light source, making the distribution of light on the working surface more uniform, providing relatively stable lighting conditions for activities such as writing, drawing, and copying. The use of cultural and educational lighting fixtures usua......

Production process and key points for controlling the uniformity of light output of transparent lamp boards

Transparent light board is a type of board used for diffusing light sources and improving light distribution, commonly found in lightboxes, backlight modules, and various LED lighting products. There is a direct correlation between its production process and the uniformity of light output, which will be explained from two aspects: production process and control points. In terms of production technology, the manufacturing of transparent light panels usually starts from the preparation of the s......
