Some products may also undergo surface coating or film coating treatment according to usage needs, which enhances wear resistance and moisture resistance while maintaining transparency. The cutting and trimming process requires dimensional accuracy to be controlled within a reasonable tolerance range, with smooth and burr free edges to adapt to subsequent installation structures.

In terms of quality control, it mainly focuses on appearance, size, and optical performance. Appearance inspection includes whether there are scratches, stains, bubbles, and obvious color differences on the surface; Dimensional inspection focuses on thickness deviation and length width tolerance; The optical performance is evaluated through transmittance and light uniformity tests. During the production process, multiple inspection procedures are usually set up, with semi-finished and finished products being randomly or fully inspected. If any abnormalities are found, the process parameters are adjusted in a timely manner.

In addition, the control of environmental temperature and humidity also runs through the entire production process, especially in the molding and storage stages, to avoid fluctuations in the performance of the board due to moisture absorption or rapid drying. By implementing process management and inspection measures at various stages, wooden flexible boards can maintain a relatively stable quality level in terms of consistent light transmission, flatness, and durability.
